Delivery Schedule
We dispatch orders three times per week — on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders must be placed before 9:00 AM on the dispatch day to be included in that dispatch. Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be dispatched on the next available day.
Delivery Times
We ship via FedEx, DHL or DPD depending on your location and order size. Delivery is typically next business day within Switzerland, though we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as these are determined by the carrier. For urgent orders please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders over CHF 1,500 qualify for free shipping within Switzerland.
We also deliver to Liechtenstein. Standard Swiss shipping rates apply.
Pickup
Pickup is available from our warehouse at Steinackerstrasse 35, 8902 Urdorf, Canton Zurich, by arrangement. Please contact us before visiting to confirm a suitable time.
Our Packaging
We reuse cartons and packaging materials wherever possible to reduce waste. Your order may arrive in a reused box — it's our small contribution to a more sustainable operation. All products inside are fully intact and carefully packed.
Freight Surcharges
Due to ongoing volatility in freight costs, we reserve the right to apply additional shipping charges where necessary. If this affects your order we will contact you before dispatching. You will always have the option to cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed with the revised cost.
