Food Products — No Returns
As we supply food ingredients, we are generally unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons. All sales of opened or used products are final.
Unopened Products
Returns of unopened, sealed products in their original condition may be considered on a case by case basis. To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, the following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for all return freight costs
- A restocking fee of 15% of the product value will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, processing and original fulfilment costs
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
- Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted
We reserve the right to decline a return request if the product shows signs of having been opened, stored incorrectly, or is past its best before date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Sale Items
We cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items. All sale purchases are final.
